This is a team who literally spoke to my dental reps putting in the microscopes telling them where it would work and where it wouldn't, even if they said it could just to sell their scopes, Chris said no put it here or you are going to give this guy a problem when he opens. I remember him saying "you're selling him a porsche and saying when we walk off the lot if the wheels fall off that's his problem, you don't do that to someone." That is Chris. This is a team that when my CBCT got installed realized that the CBCT machine wouldn’t fully rotate and asked them to move it and redid the framework at NO CHARGE to me, because they wanted me to have an office that worked properly. Chris is the guy that I call when I have a problem, which is rare, and I anticipate someone from his team coming out, but 9/10 times it is him. To even help with a door swinging to quickly. I cannot praise how lucky I have been to have him as not only a partner in this building construction but as a friend and colleague. I am telling you you do not get this kind of service anywhere else. I pride myself in caring about the client / patient as a practitioner, especially since so much has gone corporate but I never expected the return from MasterDent but Chris delivered that and more. Despite the challenge of working with limited square footage to fit 6 chairs, and accommodating a street-level elevation change, they expertly designed and implemented a functional layout. Their swift resolution of any arising issues showcased their commitment to excellence. Notably, they rearranged the layout to comply seamlessly with the fire codes of the City of Chicago. The inclusion of a ramp to accommodate the elevation change further demonstrates their attention to detail. Chris is truly a master at his craft. Through our entire design and construction process, Chris was immensely knowledgeable, helpful, reliable, and prompt. He takes great pride in his work, and easily designs and crafts the highest quality dental offices in the region. Our office receives compliments daily. All of our equipment, plumbing, etc. runs very smoothly thanks to Chris' expertise. Masterdent has recently completed a clinical office remodel and a large support center addition to our multi office, specialty practice. The first project involved a complete make over of our sterilization area and 6 of of ten operatories in our main clinic. The support center addition involved 6,000sq ft of general office space, call center, conference rooms, bathrooms, staff lockers and lounge. With both projects Masterdent was on time, at or under budget, provided excellent quality of work and most importantly, were respectful and sensitive of our need to continue practicing dentistry throughout the projects. Masterdent brought to us a design/build concept that streamlined construction meetings and with their focus on medical/dental builds, they understood the demands and needs of a busy practice. When necessary, they provided unique solutions and products to problems as they arose. In short, my experience with Masterdent has more than met expectations.
